Hi!

I've just returned from a humanitarian mission in Honduras. I was there for a few weeks. It was such an incredible experience and I would do it again any time (and for a much longer period).
First, I lived in Tegucigalpa and after, I went to a beautiful village named Ojojona, at one hour from the capital.

Morally, it wasn't always easy. The majority of the population is living in terrible conditions, but that's not the worst. The problem is that there is no way for them to escape this kind of life.
But this is not what I wish to say, I don't want to sound as if they are just worthy of our pity. No, every person I met was incredible in his/her own way. They were all unique, and in the end, it wasn't us who seemed to help that much, but them who teach us to view life in a totally different way. It was like a draft of fresh air.

I'm not making an appraisal of anybody here, I just wanna say that we tend to forget sometimes one of the most important thing in our life: people around us. And I'm guilty of it. We should cherish everyone who's dear to our heart and never let them down, because in a tiny little minute, eveything can stop. I'm glad to have learned that.

Anyway, I'm encouraging everybody to at least do this kind of experience once in their life. For me, it was the best of my life.


**By the way, I'm sorry for the lact of production from my part. It's just that my scanner source (aka the scanner at mom's work) is no more accessible (Mom has too much work to do it right now and I don't want to bother her). I don't really know when I'll be able to upload new stuff, but I'll find something! Life is full of surprises! OK, now I shut up...**
